For this project, we were given the freedom to create a banner & poster to promote a faux Photoshop conference. I wanted to create an image that was intriguing with textures while still having a technological feel. I decided that I wanted to go with the image of a woman wearing a 3D printed dress, since the pattern is interesting & very futuristic. Once I placed the image, I knew that I wanted to have more textures that would help balance the piece while still having the eye roam around & not just focus on the main image itself.

The focus of this project was being able to portray the same information/design on various sizes without it differentiating from one another. The importance of keeping the layout the same was highly significant, while at the same time, it was also important to select which parts of the imagery should remain. The end result of the banner & poster stand firmly in resemblance to one another with little change to the imagery.
